Advertising your business with mealsinfields.co.uk puts you in front of a growing community who enjoy breaks in the UK and share an interest in food using locally sourced ingredients, both to cook and to eat. 

We believe that no matter how small a business you operate, promotion of that business is vital to its survival.  We also recognise that marketing takes time away from your main purpose and without a professional in the business, the many facets of suitable activities can be lost.  That is where we come in.  Mealsinfields provides a Big Voice for Small Business, by many businesses contributing a small subscription, we can create promotional campaigns to rival the biggest.

General Promotional Activities Undertaken by Seasoned Solutions Limited

Throughout the year we are continuously promoting www.mealsinfields.co.uk to the public through a varied program of promotional activities.  These include, but are not limited to

  1. Representatives attend appropriate shows, exhibitions and events at locations around the UK, throughout the year to publicise the website.
  2. Twitter and Facebook are used on a daily basis to promote www.mealsinfields.co.uk., involving many different forms of interaction including competitions
  3. Additional social media channels are accessed whereever content and audience are suitable, eg u-tube, LinkedIN
  4. A monthly e-newsletter is sent to visitors to www.mealsinfields.co.uk who sign up for the newsletter and to committee members of appropriate clubs and societies.
  5. Editorial copy is provided to appropriate press outlets, at regular intervals, promoting the website
  6. www.mealsinfields.co.uk is advertised regularly in a variety of special interest magazines and/or journals.
  7. Links have been established with other websites, and more links will be added, particularly to camping, caravanning and boating clubs and associations.
  8. Additional, national and regional, advertising campaigns using a variety communications media including press, radio and television will be instigated as and when funds permit.

There are three subscription options to choose from, depending on the level of involvement and priority you would like for your business within our very active promotional campaigns.

Green Section, for 2014 only £50 per year

A business card outlined in green, and displayed randomly in the top section of the listing, including a thumbnail image of your choice, opening to

Personal Page including

  • 3 images, which expand on the click of a mouse
  • A video clip
  • unlimited text, to use as you please to promote your business
  • location map, generated automatically from your postcode
  • list of facilities, products and/or services generated from your input form
  • link to your own website, for further information, automated bookings etc
  • automatic e-mail to your selected address, for enquiries direct from the visitors
  • unlimited access to make changes as often as you wish for example to highlight any special offers

Included Additional Personal Promotion.

  • Twitter regular, scheduled, mentions, shout outs and retweets.  We will follow you and ask you to follow @mialefield to join in conversations.  We monitor current affairs and use Twitter to involve as many of our green subscribers as possible.  For example a recent tweet asking people to support the South West by booking early.
  • Facebook. Our facebook page has been revamped and brought into the 21st Century..  Like our new page and then get involved.  We will be posting pictures, sharing ideas and running competitions for those who visit the page as a means of promoting not just our website, but also those who are featured in the green section.
  • Other Social Media, eg LinkedIN, U-Tube and Pinterest will follow during the course of the year, probably starting with U-Tube so that we can feature interviews, 360o views of locations, special events – and a hundred and one other ideas.
  • E-newsletter. short introduction when you first join mealsinfields.  ONE advertorial of 250 words maximum and two images during each year.  Copy and images to be provided by you. Additional articles can be submitted at any time for publication at extra cost.
  • Events. We will include your promotional leaflets on our stand at appropriate events and exhibitions.  We will let you know when and where we are exhibiting and invite you to become involved.

Orange Section, for 2014 only £30.00

Orange section subscribers will be included in the general promotion of mealsinfields, but no personal promotion is included at this level.  However, should you wish to submit an article for inclusion in the newsletter, or take part in an event you are able to do so if space permits on payment of an additional fee.

Grey Section, for 2014,£0.00
