Use the search to the right to choose a category from the recipe store.  You can find specific recipes by adding a word from the title.  All recipes are now printer friendly - just click on the icon at the top right of any recipe page.

If you would like to submit a recipe of your own, simply register with us so that we have an e-mail address should there be any problem with your recipe.  You can then log in at any time and add more and more recipes to inspire all camping chefs.  Please note that a member of our team will check the recipe before it is published, so it may be a day or two before your dish appears in the list.

  • Brief Description: Really posh cheese on toast yet simple to make, these kebabs are a meal in themselves, and suitable for most vegetarian diets.

  • Recipe: Jerk Chicken
  • Brief Description: A Jamaican classic, this variation is prepared in advance ready to cook and eat. Some people may prefer to remove the skin from the chicken portions, but the marinade will flavour the meat through the skin which will be crispy when grilled. The choice is yours.
  • Preparation Time: about 15 minutes, plus time to marinade
  • Cooking Time: 20 to 25 minutes depending on your BBQ
  • Recipe: Beef and Courgette Kebabs
  • Brief Description:
    Local beef and home grown courgettes combine beautifully in these easy to cook but colourful kebabs. Quantities here should feed four.
