Convert Oven Temperatures

This is a frequently used conversion table for oven temperatures.  It includes the Farenheit temperature scale (F) which is not often used in domestic ovens in the UK anymore, but will be found in older recipes and those which originate in the USA.  We have also shown the need to reduce the cooking temperature by about 20 degrees when using a fan assisted oven.  Of course, none of this is useful in a caravan, as the oven often shows just Low, Medium and High, so we have shown these through shading.  Be aware that although your oven may have numbers 1 to 9, in certain weather conditions these numbers are not exact gas regulo levels.  You may need to experiment with the oven in your own caravan, before being brave enough to cook cakes or pastries.
